DOT Pedestrian Bridges

DOT Pedestrian Bridges

Thirty pedestrian bridges, owned, maintained and regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT), span across existing railroad lines to connect neighborhoods to parks, waterfront, and transit hubs. Rogers Partners designed and developed prototype concepts for use at five of the thirty sites - highly efficient and simple to execute. They fulfilled, and at times exceeded, DOT standards and safety regulations through innovative architectural and structural strategies.
